Footwear leak test: Tested in the laboratory and in practice sites, the NOVADRY footwear ensures impermeability and excellent breathability. First, the footwear is immersed in water under air pressure, to verify the absence of bubbles on the surface of the footwear. Then the shoe is dipped, immersed in half on a robot arm simulating the motion to verify that the interior is fully cured.
3 levels of waterproofness: During the leakage test, we tested three levels of waterproofness, equivalent to 2000 ups (about 2: 00 gears), 4000 inflections (approximately 4: 00 gears), and inflections 8000 (approximately 8: 00h travel). After testing or use, and after drying, the shoe course recovers its original tightness.
Footwear waterproof level: The Forclaz 500 male footwear is waterproof after 4000 pushups.
Field tests: All of our footwear are tested in use by representative members of the public for which these products are designed, on the same basis as can be found in normal use. In particular, our test missions involving the head of product and people not linked to QUECHUA to test, improve and validate the products.
